My professional journey in the estate agency industry began in 2003 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator, I worked in North Kent and covered some parts of Greater London.
In 2009, I was offered a position in the Medway Towns and never looked back. Fast forward to September 2021, I decided to embrace this new and exciting challenge of starting an Estate Agency almost from ‘scratch’.
We have since expanded our Lettings and Property Management services as well as launching a Sales Department, to include a dedicated financial and legal services division, providing mortgage advice, conveyancing and probate services.
At haus, we’re focused on making the process of buying, selling or renting properties easier for you, the customer.
We have worked hard to develop an estate agency that provides a service a cut above the rest. We feel our ‘moto’ illustrates exactly what our intentions are – understanding your needs and making them ours – after all, an estate agency is a ‘peoples’ business where quality of service makes all the difference. We know every sale or let is different, and it’s our aim to deliver a friendly, personal and professional service at all times.
We brought together a team of like-minded professionals, some already with many years of experience in the industry and others with no experience at all, we care about you and Customer Service is paramount to our business. Each of our team members shares my vision to create an estate agency that will adjust to the evolving needs of its customers – a place where nothing is too much trouble. I recently used Haus to sell my shared ownership flat, which is know not to be a simple transaction and went on for best part of 10 months. I had an absolute nightmare with the buyer pulling out and then the chain we were in putting pressure on us to complete by a deadline. I cannot fault Rafike and his team in this process, they were there ever step of the way, finding us buyers within days and taking a lot of the stress out of the process, providing us with constant updates and chasing the chain and housing association all the time. Honestly I could not recommend them more.

First time selling a property and they made the experience smooth even with some hurdles I faced due to the type of ownership I had on my flat. Sold my property instantly, can’t believe how quick it went. Rafike is amazing always kept me informed and helped wherever he could. I couldn’t ask for anything better.
